Problem solving begins with root cause analysis, which necessitates a
complete disassembly and cleaning. This is followed by a careful visual
inspection of all components.
OEM Parts
Once the problem has been determined it is usually remedied with the
replacement of the worn or defective components. We have access to parts
supplied by the major manufacturers or their approved supply houses. In many
cases parts are not available, in which case every effort will be made to
either find a comparable replacement part or manufacture the part in our
workshop.

Turning, milling and grinding are operations that we perform in-house. EDM,
stamping and specialized machining/forming and heat treating operations are
subcontracted to local approved suppliers.
Assembly
Most important of all though is the skill and patience utilized in the
re-assembly and verification of repairs made. These are hand operations
performed by a 2nd generation watch maker.
